Wisdom Qigong – Zhineng Qigong (智能气功)
Wisdom Qigong (Zhineng Qigong) is a therapeutic Qigong method originating in China, focused on holistic health, emotional regulation, and the balancing of physical, mental, and energetic systems.
The practice is based on the use of awareness (Yi) as a central element.
Through awareness, information can be transmitted intentionally, guiding processes of balance and energetic change—not only within the human body, but also in plants, animals, and even non-organic objects.
The practice includes:
Directed, intentional awareness
Gentle, mindful movements
Natural breathing
Interaction with the universal Qi field, understood as a field of energy and information
This method is non-religious, non-competitive, and suitable for all ages.
The depth of the practice comes from conscious intention, not from physical technique alone.
Principles of the Practice
Awareness organizes and transmits information throughout the entire system, human and non-human
Conscious intention can facilitate energetic changes and balance
Depth in practice arises from intention, clarity, and regulation—not only from physical movement
Emphasis is placed on relaxation, clarity, and attentive listening to the environment
Goals of the Practice
Wisdom Qigong is practiced in order to:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve movement, relieve pain, and strengthen overall health
Regulate emotions and mental states
Increase vitality, presence, and clarity
Support processes of balance and healing as a complementary therapeutic practice
Apply intentional energetic changes to living beings and the surrounding environment
I have been teaching Wisdom Qigong for the past five years, and have practiced Qigong and Tai Chi for over twenty years.
In my classes, I work with directed awareness, intention, gentle movement, and natural breathing, adapted to all ages and levels.
My approach focuses on transmitting information through awareness, in order to support processes of balance and energetic change in the body, mind, emotions, and environment.
I offer group classes, private sessions, and tailored programs, suitable for adults, beginners, and anyone seeking a therapeutic, safe, and respectful practice.
